These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active 44jl account at any time. The prohibition on multiple accounts extends to accounts registered under different names, different email addresses, or different mobile numbers by the same individual. Detection of multiple accounts operated by the same individual will result in permanent suspension of all such accounts and forfeiture of any bonus balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 44jl login credentials. 44jl will never ask for your password in any customer support interaction, whether conducted via live chat, email, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you, unless the activity results from a demonstrated security failure on the part of 44jl.
You must notify 44jl immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account credentials have been compromised or if you observe any unauthorised account activity.
44jl is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals, consistent with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and PAGCOR requirements. Accepted KYC documents include:
KYC verification is also required when cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed thresholds prescribed by applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.
You may request closure of your 44jl account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any withdrawable balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned via your registered GCash, Maya, or bank account following KYC confirmation. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
44jl reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, terms violations, multi-accounting, or regulatory requirements. In cases of involuntary closure due to terms violations, bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited.
Deposits to 44jl are accepted via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered under the player's own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited.
44jl does not charge a fee for standard deposits. Processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya — under 30 seconds; InstaPay bank transfers — typically 15–30 minutes; other methods as displayed at the point of deposit.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the player's verified GCash or Maya account, or verified Philippine bank account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered under the same name as the 44jl account.
Verified accounts receive GCash and Maya withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval on a 24/7 basis, including Philippine public holidays. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay are processed within 30 minutes during banking system operational hours. 44jl reserves the right to require additional verification before processing large withdrawals.
Before a player's first withdrawal, a minimum of one deposit must have been wagered in full on any eligible game. This requirement exists to prevent the use of the Platform for money transfer or laundering purposes rather than genuine gaming activity.
All 44jl account balances are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP). Amounts displayed on the Platform are in PHP unless otherwise stated. 44jl does not currently maintain USD or other foreign currency accounts for Philippine retail players.
Important: 44jl will never ask you to send funds to a personal bank account, personal GCash number, or any account that is not the official 44jl deposit channel displayed in your account dashboard. Any such request is a scam and should be reported immediately.
44jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be bet before bonus funds and any associated winnings become withdrawable. For example, a wagering requirement of 15x on a ₱1,000 bonus means ₱15,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal is permitted.
Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of stake. Live dealer and table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) contribute 10–50% as specified per promotion. Sports bets placed at minimum odds of 1.60 contribute 50% unless otherwise stated. Games excluded from wagering requirement contribution are listed in the specific promotion terms.
44jl actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting, arbitrage betting specifically targeting bonus terms, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and coordinated play patterns designed to exploit promotional terms. 44jl reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse is detected.
Each game on the 44jl Platform is governed by its own rules, which are displayed within the game interface. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall apply for matters specific to that game.
All bets are final once confirmed. 44jl reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by irregularities, errors in the publication of odds, or circumstances where a bet was clearly placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account. 44jl's decision on bet settlement is final.
In the event of a technical failure or interruption during a live game or sports bet, 44jl will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error on 44jl's part, the stake for that round will be returned. 44jl is not responsible for losses due to internet connectivity failures or device failures on the player's side.
Each game and betting market on 44jl has minimum and maximum bet limits as displayed within the game or betting interface. 44jl reserves the right to impose additional bet limits on any player at any time, including reducing maximum bet limits for individual accounts where risk management considerations require it.
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct on the 44jl Platform:
Breach of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR and AMLC where required by law.
All content on the 44jl Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of 44jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express written consent of 44jl.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 44jl's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
44jl shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of winnings not directly attributable to a proven Platform error, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from use of the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. 44jl does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and is not liable for temporary unavailability caused by maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond its reasonable control.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between a player and 44jl, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 44jl's internal customer support process. Complaints may be submitted to [email protected] and will be acknowledged within 48 hours and substantively addressed within 10 business days.
If internal resolution is not possible, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Players who believe that 44jl has acted in breach of applicable gaming regulations may also file a complaint with PAGCOR.
